Fatemeh holds a Bachelor`s of Science in Pure Mathematics from Sharif University and a Master`s of Science in Economics from Simon Fraser University. She is currently a PhD student at Ivey Business School, Western University. Her current research focuses on how and to what extent environmental policies affect firms and how firms react in response.
Fatemeh is working on a project titled, "Decomposing the Carbon Clean-Up of Canadian Manufacturing" with Dr. Nouri Najjar.
